Becoming part of a succesful S&C gym, meaning learning how to execute moves safely and effectively. For those with limited exposure to these movements, we strongly recommend doing the course before your programme starts or within the first few weeks.
Every 2 weeks on a Thursday 6pm-8pm.
If these times don't work for you, then you can book the flexible/private course and do it at a time that suits you.
A 2 hour course that covers the basic movement patterns you will be coming across within S&C. The framework covers the effective sequences for the hinge, push, pull and some combination movements with various kit. Meaning you can train safely and effectively.
The Group/Scheduled Course is £30
The Private/Flexible Course is £45
