Becoming part of a succesful S&C gym, meaning learning how to execute moves safely and effectively. For those with limited exposure to these movements, we strongly recommend doing the course before your programme starts or within the first few weeks.
These sessions can be run in a 121 or small group environment, with our coaches. Therefore booking times are totally flexible around you.
A 2 hour course that covers the basic movement patterns you will be coming across within S&C. The framework covers the effective sequences for the hinge, push, pull and some combination movements with various kit. Meaning you can train safely and effectively.
A Group Course is £35pp
